This is the Ideon Gateway Hotel.
I don´t know how they did it, but they built this with something that makes the building change colors depending on the light/weather.
The sky was washed out on this one, so I put it on a black background.

It appears UULAS Arkitekter did the hotel and White did the radiology building. So no obvious connection.
